Google will partner with wireless carriers to make Project Loon a reality

 

So it looks like this wasn't just some fantasy Google's actually going to do it. Hopefully with more people in rural places/countries being able to have access to internet those places will finally be able to get better information and build up to not be so rural anymore. There's alot of good that can come from this..................and alot of bad if it gets exploited (looking at you US with your fake social networking sites)
