How far do you think i can oc

Im getting a new build, and im wondering how far i could oc assuming i get a decent cpu for overclocking (would it be worth it to get better cooling)

Probably at least 4.2 GHZ, with a max of 4.4 or 4.5 Ghz MAX if you really have an awesome chip.
