Graphics Card upgrade?

Hi all-

 

I am looking to get a GPU for a VR PC I am making for my basement and to play some games on.  This is not a main PC, so I do not want to spend a ton of money on the GPU.  I previously made a forum post about this and I had settled on the RX 5700 XT, but the gpu I ended up getting was defective so I had to return it.  In addition the RTX 3060 I had before is now freed up so I could use that.  The system I am putting it in is a Ryzen 7 3700X & B450 - based system.  I can sell the RTX 3060 also and get something better if that makes more sense in this system.  I was thinking either RTX 2070 Super or RTX 3060 Ti.

 

What do you guys think?  I want something that reasonably fits the system I am putting it in, but does not totally break the bank.
