Two of the exact same monitor model but different refresh rate options

Go to solution Solved by Glenwing,

165 Hz needs to be enabled in the monitor menu on that model before it appears as an option.

My main display can run 165Hz but the secondary display runs 143.998Hz. They are the exact same model with the same settings in both the built in monitor options as well as nvidia control panel. I'm not sure why the secondary monitor does not show 165Hz as an option despite the primary monitor being able to. I'm just wondering if there is a reason or a fix to this. It isn't urgent by any means but it's been bugging me and I couldn't find any information or fixes.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz 8-Core
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB
MSI MEG x570 ACE ATX AM4
2x 8GB G.Skill Trident Z 16GB DDR4-3600
Intel 660p Series 1.02TB M.2
EVGA 650 W 80+ Gold ATX PSU
2x Dell S2417DG Monitors
Windows 10 Home

* Any general tips for improving performance and getting the most out of my set up is welcome as well. If you're familiar with these specs feel free to share any tips for BIOS settings or anything like that if you want! *

not really a display expert, but it could be because of certain types of cables not being able to drive 165Hz?

unless you use same cable for both monitors...

I completely missed this setting, fixed it immediately thanks a ton! Navigating monitor menu's are such a pain.
