Pick whichever looks best and has the features you need.

Performance difference would likely be 1 or 2 C, so it really does not matter as much, what differs them is the look and the features present.

I've personally have had dust problems with the O11 air mini, but that is a house related problem as well. (need to get the air channels cleaned lol)

But in all seriousness, due to the open nature of that case it will likely collect more dust than the other 3 options (idk about the h5 flow tho).

Personally have good experiences with both the 4000D and the meshify series from Fractal, I think all the options in your sellection are good picks.

Just throwing the be quiet! Pure base 500dx in there. I use it in white its a very good case with good airflow and it has a lot to offer for the price. It’s very easy to build in (my first pc)

tbh think my temps will decrease a lot, my cpu gets no airflow and idles at 60, pretty bad, i think a mesh case will really fix that issue

I run my build in a cougar panzer max ultimate. It has plenty of airflow for what I've got. That being said, I have a i7-7700k and GTX 1080. Finally switched from my generic deep cool air cooler to a MSI MAG Coreliquid 360R AIO. It immediately dropped my Temps from 60°C at idle to around 30°C, 45°C max under load. I use the radiator the top panel for exhaust, 2 intakes on the front and 1 intake at the rear. Finally, an outlet on the floor next to the PSU. Works pretty well for what I've got. Not sure what specs you are running though. Either way, I'd say the airflow is somewhat decent, although it might not be the best.

Most silent? It wholly depends on your fans, all fans, case/GPU/CPU cooler.

Any case could be quite with decent fans and good fan curve.
