Windows 11 keeps thinking I have a 2nd display adapter. What could possibly be identifying as one?

Never mind I'm a big dummy

I have 1 dedicated GPU and a CPU which doesn't have any integrated graphics yet device manager thinks I have 2 display adapters. I can disable the Windows Basic Display adapter but Overwatch 2 complains about the lack of drivers for this adapter even though I'm running Overwatch 2 on my dedicated GPU, I can uninstall this adapter but it comes back on restart. How do I find out what this adapter is??

Uninstall both devices in Device management and see what it says then.

Use DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller) to uninstall display drivers and reinstall ur gpu drivers from nvidia website that should fix it.

my main pc also has this issue and it's because the board itself has integrated graphics , not the cpu.

All that does is uninstalls my nvidia driver. The basic display adapter lives through all the process.
