Want to Control RGB of Asus's GPU in my MSI Motherboard through Software.

I am running AMD 3600 in my MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon wifi Mobo and planning to buy Asus ROG Strix RTX3060. Am I be able to control the rgb of that graphics card with a software as my mobo is from MSI?

Sadly no, it will not be compatible with the RGB software. Only software compatible with Asus devices besides Asus is Corsair iCue.

Yes. Corsair has a great guide on how to make it all work together. I'm on mobile so I won't be able to link it for you currently.
