How many webcams can you connect to a 5 meters usb 3 cable?

If everything is actually USB3.0, you have around 5gbps of bandwidth to share. You will run out of power before you will run out of bandwidth with webcams.

I know this may sound stupid, but I need to record with 3 webcams, connect them all to a usb 3 hub and then connect that hub to my pc in another room with a 5m extension cable. Is it possible in terms of bandwith? Or is it better to just pick my pc and move it in the other room where I plan to record? (I don't like the idea of doing it this way)
