Evga 3060 ti ftw3 ultra. Question.

bean_the_1st

Thus is likely to be the card ill be getting, my issue is, my psu (corsair CX750M) bought used, did not come with any pcie cables.

Will I need to purchase 2 separate 6+2 cables? https://a.co/d/fL0aaQt

... Or does this cable, plug into both sockets on the gpu?

call corsair and ask for replacement cables. don't buy used PSUs in the future unless you can verify all of the cables are with it.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

CXM uses type 4 PCIE cables.

The cable in that Amazon link is type 4. It'll work with your CXm

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

DO NOT  BUY RANDOM CABLES. However these are compatible.

Misread that my bad. These are the newer ones. That is as long as your cx750m is the white label.

Thanks everyone! I did some further checking, and yes, this is the correct cable.

Another question though. If this cable has 2 6+2 plugs on it, do both plugs together plug into the gpu? It's probably a no brainer, but thought I'd ask anyway.
