O11D EVO, GB-001 anti-sag bracket, compatible ?

PecaCZE

Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo comes with GB-001 anti-sag bracket, is it compatible with MSI MAG Z790 WIFI DDR5 ( and Asus TUF 3080, 10GB ) ?

Some MOBOs can make it problematic, because of M.2 heatsinks, bottom fans where you can cut off a little of bracket, or maybe this msi mobo won´t have screw holes for bracket but I doubt it.

By they way I´m going for Seagate Firecuda 530 with heatsink.

Thank you for help.

Your motherboard has heatsinks?  That GPU support bracket will clear lots of motherboards actually, as most motherboard manufacturers don't want to have clearance issues with PCIe cards.  Once you add an aftermarket SSD heat sink into the mix, all bets are off.

For what it's worth I have GB-002 (I thought it looked nicer / better so I bought it), a MSI Z690 Edge Wifi DDR4 board, and an EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 card, no clearance issues. Obviously not your exact setup, but I found these brackets kind of unknown when I searched, so hopefully it helps.

Well, case should come with GB-001 for free and its not visible so if there won´t be clearence problem I´m fine with it.

I´m paying extra to get M.2 with their own heatsink, because I´ve read a lot about MSI bad M.2 heatsinks included ( think it was at least on z690 series ) as temperatures were actually worse with MSI heatsink.
