I need already prebuilt ISO file to make bootable usb

You can create a bootable iso from uupdump. Fairly simple, but takes a little bit of time to build if you are ok with it.

It looks complicated

Well maybe take this as a learning opportunity and put in the work. If you want something, do it yourself.

Maby you build your own video card instead of buying already developed one ?

Dont worry mate. Someone will share compiled arm .iso to make bootable USB. Not all peoples selfish. 🙂

I'm not entirely sure 'sharing' a compiled arm .iso for Windows is even legal tbh.
