how do you save an image from the clipboard on w11?

once it was possible to paste it to file on from the file explorer, but the menu is not like present anymore?

ctrl v doesnt work on the file explorer

 

looking online I see stuff like pasting it to paint then exporting from there, which I mean works but looks a dumb work around, there is not anything more direct and faster than opening around programs and exporting stuff?

If you're trying to save something from a browser, save image as, don't copy it. Copy it if you're trying to paste it somewhere like a chat or email. Save it if you want a file. 

 

Otherwise yeah, you'd have to paste it into paint or something similar.
