Sell the 3060 and get better GPU, you won't get 100+ fps in 1440p with a 3060, 3060 is more of a good 1080p rather than an entry 1440p.

At least RX 6700 XT or 3070, for current games, 3060 might run just fine, but newer unreleased games, high chance it won't even get pass 60 without FSR balance preset.

Go a step down with the CPU+Board+RAM combo, allocate them to the GPU.

Or, get 1080p monitor instead.

i see you guys went for DDR5 instead of DDR4, is it worth ?

From what i saw its not that big of a difrence
