Amberelec VM on Steam deck

A young relative of mine is getting the rg351p for christmas, and I need a way to set up the system without a wifi adapter. What I intend to do is to set up Amberelec up in a VM on my Steam deck and test the performance of each game, then dump the entire installation to an SD card. What program would I use to do that.

You will need an arm emulator and then do everything through that. It would just be easier to set it up on the machine itself.

 

Though really, why do you need to test the game performance beforehand? Just dump the games on an SD card and play away. It comes preconfigured so all you need to do is load up a flash card with "legally obtained" games and play away.

Sounds like whole lot of fun, however what you are looking to do is not easy. Emulating a ROM for an Android device is not easy, in fact I dont think I heard of a way to emulate a ROM made for a device before.

That's what bluestacks is, isn't it? Just an android emulator? But in this case, he'd need one specifically for arm RK3326 cpu's. I highly doubt it's been made.

Yeah but bluestacks runs its own android ROM, from what I understand OP is trying to run a ROM for rg351p in a VM. Which can be done with enough will power and knowledge but I doubt it will be easy.
