So guys, I had a cheap gaming chair, that I was planning to replace in january using my birthday and christmas money. Unfortunately it decided to break on me before then so I am here, to ask the hive mind for economical chair recommendations.

I'm in the UK, need it asap and have a budget of up to £300, but ideally less, as that is the total of my spare cash atm.

Ideal chair would have at a minimum height adjustment and the ability to lean back far is much appreciated.

I would have preferred to buy a more expensive chair next year but you gotta piss with the cock you've got yknow. so let's see what you guys think.

Go to a furniture or office store, see if they have ones you can try out. A comfy office chair is much better and usually cheaper than a "gaming chair". Or just order one on Amazon if possible. You can get a much more comfortable office chair with all the features you want for that price than a gaming chair.

I don't want a gaming chair, this was bought for me, not my choice. I much prefer just basic office chairs but I'm hoping someone in the UK has a good recommendation for me

I just measured my chair at home, which is a "high back" chair but doesnt go past my shoulders at 6'3.

This is 5" taller than my current chair, which would actually support my head. I love this. If I ever need a new chair, this will be on my short list.
