Rust, low FPS on high end PC

Hey guys! Just bought Rust on the Steam sale and its really fun. But eeethe FPS is kinda bad. I depends on the server but i get around 90 FPS on the larger servers nad maybe 120 FPS on the smaller ones. I'm playing on a RTX 3070, i7 10700k and 16GB RAM. I have the resolution set to 1440p since my monitor is that resolution. I have pretty much all the settings on the lowest except the texture quality AND i have DLSS on.聽
Any help would be greatly appreciated 馃檪聽
