Man..... GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE!!!! YESS, I have the box, manuals and other cables and I read the information in the manual several times but this specific info where it says 2 connectors per cable, total 4 connectors made me confused somehow hahahaha

And, just a last question if you don't mind, should I use these 2 outputs, alright? One for each of the PCIe 8-Pin cables:

Thank you in advance!!

np, glad you found it. yes, both of the sockets, 1 for each cable.

Hello Guys,

I didn't find any other topic / thread with this doubt, so I think I'm too dumb....

My current setup which has a GTX1070 and TX650m PSU currently uses single 8-Pin connector. The new RTX3070 I bought from MSI uses 2x 8-Pin connectors.

The 8-Pin cable from this PSU has 2 8-Pin connectors. Is this intended to connect to both 8-Pin connectors from this card? What is the purpose of this splitter that comes with the TX650m? I'm posting below an image of the cable that comes with the PSU:

two separate connections is much more ideal than daisy chained(using both connectors on the same cable). the tx650m lists two separate pci power cables included, do you still have the box? if so, check if the other one is still there, or look around and see if the other one is lying around.

How are you even powering the CPU if you are using both the 8 pin output?

There's one fixed CPU cable on the TXM Gold.

But the 3070 requires two 8 pin connectors. And the connection on txm has only one 8 pin pcie output while the other is 4+4 pin for CPU. Or am I missing something?

The 8 pin on the PSU can be used for CPU and PCI-e because they have the same pinout.

Are you sure? Because it doesn't make much sense to me. The CPU have different ground pin layout? Cause I don't want him to blow-up his GPU by using wrong pins.

On the motherboard side, yes. On the PSU side the pinout is the same.
