there is a huge price difrences but i can drop the motherboard quality for the beter card

RX 6600 is considerably slower than RTX 3060 Ti

Average diference up to 25-30% in favour of Nvidia card.

If you only have amongst those to choose, it's a budget choice, they're in different tiers and price is wildly different

Else you could look at the 6600XT,  it's cheaper than 3060Ti better than 6600 and 3060
