Help finding a particular RTS game

I'm trying to find this game that I had a while back. I'm willing to pay for it again... but I forgot what it was called! 

 

It's an RTS military game... 

I think it was the modern military

The thing I remember most is that you can set up snipers in buildings

it's not recent. I'd say it's at least 5 years old

 

that's it... i've been searching for a few hours and I thought i'd use this as a last resort.

not many modern military RTS games, thats all that sprang to mind
