Cool Idea, i used some old rusty LGA775 Pentiums for those too 😉

I'm here to help you out with some basic tasks, I'm still learning some things, so don't belive I can solve everything 😉

I'm collecting all type of hardware - 90% of my collection is a LGA775 stuff rest is some 2010's Era

Hit me up on discord if you want to talk more

Neat, but I'd probably find a way to reinforce the hole. It looks awfully fragile.

Agreed im trusting on the pcb to hold itself. Would resin work? Like make the keychain into a epoxy brick and then drill through the resin? Defeats the purpose of having the ram stick tho coz then u cant touch the ram stick

Or like make small rings using acryllic that could also work...

Maybe have the hole a bit further in so there's more material surrounding the hole? It looks like there's only 2-3mm at most of PCB, pretty easy to break, put it in a bit further so there's closer to 4-5mm of PCB on either side of the hole and it should probably be OK.

I'd try and find a small grommet and use that.

I don't think many people are going to get off touching the RAM stick itself 😂 If anything I'd say it's probably more detrimental having it exposed, as they can be a little sharp, ripping into clothing.
