Google privacy sucks

lfk

I really hate how google force yo to have an account (google account or non google) to keep a playlist, add comments etc. and when I go from YouTube to Google to search it keeps me logged in as that same account.  To make it worse I don't want google to keep my web activity but if I turn it off my stupid Google Home stops working because they very conveniently made it a requirement.  Any way i can work in YouTube logged in but in Google search no logged in?

For that you would have to only search in icognito mode. In your account settings however, you can turn off your search history so it won't keep that (iirc)

Use different web-browsers. Privacy in general sucks on any platform.

You're "paying" for their services with your data. That's how they've always worked.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Its common to offer benefits for account. Rest... is mainly about is it convenient or not. Not really about privacy.
