Can I install ram stick combination like 8GB and 16GB together?

To general extent, I know that try to make the 4 slots of ram to be all as same capacity as possible but is it ?okay? to install a pair of 8GB and a pair of 16GB of ram stick if they are from the same manufacture and same clock speed?

If it's ok to do so then is there any potential problem should I pay attention to?

It's much more important that your DIMMs match than to populate all the DIMM slots.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

Its quite rare for a ram kit between different sizes to be EXACTLY the same. Usually XMP stuff wont work well if at all.

Otherwise its completely safe and fine 🙂 Ive seen some pretty wonky combos like 2x8 1x4, 2x16 1x32 and 1x8 lol

Should be fine. Install each kit in a separate channel, though. Don't mix the 8GB and 16GB sticks in the same channel.
