I formated my western digital ssd. Help!!

I was trying to format a flash drive to put some work files on it, and I accidentally formated my ssd. If you know a way that I could use to recover the data I lost please help. If I don't get this data back soon there is a big chance I might loose my job.

I've mucked about with Recuva before, you could give that a shot. If it was just a quick format it shouldn't have overwritten anything, meaning you can likely get all the data back fine.

If your job is on the line, Id power off your system and send it to data recovery. With ssds Trim wants to run in the background, and that will make it much harder to recover data if that runs, so try to keep it offline if possible

I've used Recuva before as well, I had good results.

First off, Sorry about the Drive bro. Secondly, The drive is Formatted. There is no easy way to get that data back. However, Data recovery Services exist for this very reason. https://www.werecoverdata.com/ Are the Number One data recovery company with the most experience in the field. You're gonna pay for that Experience though. My personal experience with an HDD was $1500 for the Service. (Yikes).

If it was a quick format (what Windows usually does unless you specifically tell it not to) it shouldn't have overwritten much, if anything. So a self recovery with free software should work fine.
