Can this stil be fixed

Was fixing the computer for my boss and his cpu was every time 100 degrees and then I came across this and I am wondering if I put a New o ring in and clean it up coud it still work

gunk like that is very likely to be in the whole loop and it's impossible to clean the insides of the radiator without using a pump. This cooler is a write-off unless you have that which costs more than a new AIO anyway.

My boss already orderd a New one but if it was fixeble I wanted to try it to use this one for my self but I think I am going to trow it away then
