SSD fast boot but slow read/write Windows 10

Hi! I hope someone can help me with this. I had a i3-2100 system before and I upgraded it with an SSD. It was fast. The boot, the copying, and the loading time of programs. Sadly the motherboard of the system didn't last long. So I installed the SSD to my other system which is:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz

MOBO: Acer EG31M v.1.0

RAM: 2 x 2GB DDR2 332MHz

GPU: GT 520 1GB

The boot is fast. But the read/write is slow. Below are the results:

I tried swapping ports and still the same. I'd appreciate the help. Thank you.

Have you tried "optimizing" in Windows?

I edit my posts more often than not

That motherboard only has Sata 2 ports which are limited to 300 Mb/s.  The i3 motherboard that failed likely had Sata 3 ports which has double the speed at 600 Mb/s.

While the port is rated at 300 Mb/s, it is very unlikely that you will reach that full speed.

I see now. Thank you so much for the answer.
