Backpack Waves

Hello, I was thinking about buying an LTT backpack as a gift for myself during the holidays but I wasn’t sure that they’ll still be around after the 4 waves listed on the website. Does anyone have any more info on this? Thanks in advance

The 4 waves are the first initial orders they put in, they have said they plan to have it as a regular stocked item so there will be more orders as needed, at least thats how they seemed to explain it

I believe they said on WAN show that they don’t have any more orders for backpack manufacturing in place at the moment. I believe they have also said that they are at a point with sales that they shouldn’t go out of stock while they wait for more to be made.

 

With how they are selling at the moment I’d say there’s a pretty good change they might be in stock during the holiday season this year but there’s also a chance that once these first waves ship and the reviews start coming in that they might sellout by then as well.

I also think that wave 3 will slow down a bit but then wave 4 will sell quicker because there will be some urgency involved "in getting one before they're gone". That mentality can definitely drive sales

Wave 4 is expected to ship by November 10th. If you want the backpack as a gift for the holidays (Christmas?) then I would recommend ordering by Wave 4. If you leave it until after Wave 4 even if they are still stocking the bags you may not receive it until after the holidays.

If we ordered more today they would not reach us until late q1 or early Q2 of next year. 

 

We are not ordering more today since we don't have a clear idea of what daily run rates will look like once it settles in. 

 

If you want one this year, you should order one in wave 3 or wave 4.

The email with the order confirmation says the wave next to the backpack item.

Wave 1 is supposed to be sent out on September 20th, which I now realize means I'm hoping for a delivery time of 8 work days for something going across the country.

Okay thanks, no customs just trains, planes and automobiles. Got a trip to Toronto in early october and want to try to see if I could use a new and improved backpack for a weekend trip. Airtag pocket is particularly nice.

Pretty sure for us in the US they will ship them from Washington State like they have with all the merch I have bought so far
