xarmec

So I built a new PC and the two M.2 SSD got detected without a problem but i installed a SATA SSD wich wont work. The PC wont detect it. I installed the drivers and everything. the SATA power and data calbes are good i testet them with other divices. The Drive itselve is good too. When I plug it into my old system it shows up. Furthermore my HDD-LED is blinking all the Time.

Need to know what your hardware is. Did you try other SATA ports? Some motherboards disable some ports when m.2s are installed.

mainboard is an asus rog strix b550 e gaming. SATA SSD is a crucial bx500 2tb

I tried all of the six SATA-Ports on the Board. Not a single one worked.
