Can I sell a EAC hwid banned PC separately?

I got a Apex EAC HWID ban when I switched a VPN (section 6),but I really want to play apex,So I'm planning on selling my old parts (CPU MB and SSD, since those apparently is what EAC check and bans) but I'm not sure If the person  buys from me will got banned, any advice?

Just mention it if you are going to sell it (and feel the need to mention it weighing on your conscience) in the ad or whatever.  Most people wouldnt, so you are a step above.

If it's been hardware banned, why wouldn't it?

HWID is calculated using all the devices on your rig afaik, so I suppose that if you sell parts that'll be reassembled it'll generate new HWIDs and your old HWID won't exist anymore

System : AMD R9 5900X / Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO/ 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 3600CL18 ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Eisbaer 280mm AIO (with 2xArctic P14 fans) / 2TB Crucial T500  NVme + 2TB WD SN850 NVme + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD drives/ Corsair RM850x PSU/  Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

You know you can just change the hwid right?

Obv account isnt salvagable but the hardware is still fine with just an hwid change, search hwid change and first thing youll see is likely a microsoft thread that tells you how to change hwid

yeah I used a spoofer for a coupe of days without getting banned, but changed hwid messed up my system,a lot of thing just stop working ,since Zen 4 is coming I'm thinking just replace it anyway
