rx 5700 xt thermalpad issues

hello guys, i replaced my thermalpads on my aorus rx 5700 xt, but it get worse, the junction temperature is getting so high, running RDR2 after few seconds the junction temperature gets 97ºC, i used 1mm thermalpads for memory, and didnt change the thermalpads for the vrms kept the default, i think it's a mounting pressure issue, does anyone know the right size for thermalpads to my model of gpu?

You shouldnt be replacing thermal pads on a gpu unless you broke them while repasting. Since thermal pads have to be pretty exact otherwise it wont work.

 

VRAMS are .5mm for that specific gpu.

I'm taking my card back to air cooled after having some water cooling issues. Where do you find the pad thickness info? I bought .5, 1.0, and 1.5 to be prepared for what's needed.
