Best way to connect TV as monitor across the entire House

Speeter

So, I would like to play on my TV, the problem is that I don´t have an HDMI cable running to the TV, and it is impossible to route one.

My setup is:

PC:

Ryzen 7 3700X,

32GB Ram

B450 Board

RX 6500XT

TV:

2017 LG Smart TV (Thats the full name) Homebrewed + Rooted

So, what Options do I have:

-Steam Play --> No client on LG TV / RPI3B+ is too slow + Steam Play crashes bc. no encoding hardware is available

-Amd Link --> No Encoding hardware

-Parsec --> No Client on TV + Parsec crashes even when set to sofware encoding

-Teamviewer --> to slow

-HDMI over Ethernet --> too expensive

-NVidia someting + Moonlight --> No NVidia Card ( I have one, but that is way too loud and big, 550ti)

I could install an old AMD Workstation Card (FirePro), I think that has encoding.

Do I have any other options?

If you're not planning on purchasing anything then I do not have any ideas myself. Perhaps someone else on the forum will.
