I'm not looking for much. 1080p and a good enough refresh rate is fine.
Primarily using for gaming with the occasional video editing. looking at around 24-27 inch.
Currently running a 1050ti, will upgrade soon to the lower end of newer gen gpus when I could (3060s or 4060s if ever)
Any recommendations?

I just, and  mean JUST installed my new monitors, which were $200 each on Amaz..

They are Viewsonic OMNI VX2768-2KP - 27 inch 2560X1440. They have 2 HDMI ports and 1 Display Port. There is an audio jack n the back as well as a key lock to keep them safe

The displays look great so far other than me not being able to get the two monitors aligned when moving an object from one to the other - but I believe that's my laptop limitation, not the screens. Still trying to figure it out

The borders are incredibly slim, which I was stoked about, unfortunately, what they didn't mention or that I missed, is that the physical border is like 1/16th of an inch, but the screen border under the glass is about another 3/8th's of an inch or so. In other words, the image doesn't go all the way to the edges which is disappointing. Maybe another tweak will fix that? but doubt it

The picture of the screens in use is generated from my work laptop, so I'm eager to see how good they look from my desktop which can easily do better I'm guessing.

Good luck!

If both screen is same size and same resolution in same scale, then can align, else it is not possible to align.

If it is same but not align, open settings - Display and then you can drag either one the screen to make it align.
