pc is being pc and dying

it freezes hitches and frame dips in games 

i just built this pc literly 2months ago

all new parts 

and yet this thing i spent money on is behaving like an old pc

ive asked around for help in the ltt forums ,toms hardware forums and more

most said its the psu 

im going to ask again is this true

cpu cooler id cooling se 244 xt

mb asrock b560m pro4

ram tc 3200mhz 2x8gb

gpu 1650 super zotac twin fan

boot drive wd green 240gb sata m.2

storage wd blue 1tb

             wd green 1tb

 psu seasonic 650 watt s12iii

cheap case with ok airflow

 

temps

gpu cpu idle 30c-40c

gpu on load 70-80c

cpu on load 40-60c

 

i needs help

The s12-III is a low quality PSU and unreliable at best. Would recommend something from their Focus or Core series, or going Corsair CX or MSI MPG.

is 550 watt enough for my system and also it is going to be outdated in a couple of years since of (from my perspective) lack of future profing

Powerdraw of your current system is about 200w max so yes, 550w is plenty.
