ASUS B550M-A (WIFI) no post

I just finished my first and new build, and no post. Just the case fans turning on and spining. My GPU (asrock Rx 6600 xt) fans didnt start so did the CPU cooler. (560,0 stock cooler) There was only this light on the side of the mobo. I tried searching it up on the manual and online, but there were no specific answers. Anyone can send me help?
