Get a TV to run through a GOXLR?

Is there anyway to get the audio from a TV, Channels and Stream apps like D+/Hulu/etc..., to run through a GOXLR so i can hear the sound from my PC headphones?

Yesterday I just added a 4k TV as a 5th monitor to my PC setup to play more relaxed games that require a controller, and it works great so far. I still want to use the TV as a TV though but need to be able to use headphones with it. Would running anything from the Tv Through my GOXLR solve this issue?
