What exactly is HwInfo virtual memory?

When its around 99.5%, stuff starts crashing, but I cant figure out what the virtual memory is, as the actual memory only has been at 70% max and the page file is 2gb.

Yes, Virtual memory is Physical + Page File(s). This isn't just a hwinfo value, but how the OS itself reports the values.

Please ignore my typos... I type too fast. Or Swype too fast on my tablet. One of those.

Typically the page files should be set at least to 1.5x the amount of actual ram you have installed.

2 GB is too small page file when you seem to have <16 GB of memory available.
