It would be a pretty big difference, but unless you need more cooling/silence the 212 is fine.

At the moment i'm using Hyper 212 EVO but my friend want to buy it with a good price.
so i'm thinking to buy be quiet dark rock 3. does this cpu cooler make a difference with my 212evo?

Yes it would make quite a big difference in temp performance and would be alot quieter

The Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 will be better than the Hyper 212 EVO. It has 6 heat pipes and its heatsink is quite a bit bigger which means more heat transfer surface area.

right now i OC my cpu at 4.2ghz but i want to  higher it up thats why i need better cooling :D

Then go for it :D

would it fit? with my corsair 200r?

the difference in height is 2mm but the width of dark rock 3 is much bigger.
