PCIe Uplink or Riser cable to mount GPU in 5.25 slot

So I have a case InWin BL631 which allows only low profile PCIe and no GPU mounting.

My idea is to mount a GPU into 5.25" DVD slot, but will need to figure out how to connect to the PCIe on the boards.
One solution is to use Datacentre PCIe uplink cards and just use their cable internally(Would be expensive and will need to find a retailer)
Second solution, somehow twist pcie riser cable around so it'll face another way and mount it to side of 5.25" hoping it doesn't break the cable.

Final solution(expensive as well), go for low riser, A2000 GPU or hope for nvidia/AMD to release a modern low profile GPU.
Any thoughts or ideas?
