Choosing a 1440p 144hz IPS Monitor

I'm torn between the and Dell S2721DG and the MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD. I plan to buy two to match to go with my existing Dell 25 inch 1440p 60hz monitors (I am replacing my existing 144hz display entirely (S2716DG), which is TN and experiencing layer separation)

The above indicates the MSI monitor is slightly better but it also runs about $100 more, so that's $200 combined. Some of the price seems to go toward frills like LEDs but the panel does look better in the RTINGs test.

Should I go for the MSI or save the money and go for the Dell? Or pick another brand entirely?
