Cant move my cursor ingame when fps drops

When my fps drops 144 hz my cursor feels so stiff and its hard to move my cursor to aim. It feels like my sensitivity got lower and i can barely move my cursor at all.

 

Is there any fix to this?

Is there any fix to this?

Machine that is powerful enough to not drop fps?  If it’s even a computer problem in the first place.  It could be ping.  If it’s ping a tracert might or might not prove productive.
