PC to PC over the internet connection *Help*

Hi! This might sound a bit confusing since English isnt my first language but i will try to explain what im looking for.

 

So im going to my Summer house and i do not want to bring my Stationairy machine with me, but i would like to access my machine from the other location. Basicly use my pretty crappy laptop to play games on rainy days and so forth but i want to use my home hardware to actually run the games but stream it to the other machine.
i have 1000/1000 connections at both places so the internet isnt a problem. but is this even possible to do without too much delay / inputlag? what programs are the best "if this is possible"?

Def possible, plenty of applications on the web, I believe some have sponsored LTT videos at times. You will definitely have input delay though.

i have used Teamviewer before but that was ages ago and thru phone. i just thought tech gotten a bit better now since there are so many streaming game services around. Basicly i want to have a personal game streaming service. if that makes sence.  Googling Access remotely from internet didnt solve much but i guess i have to try something like teamviewer again.
