Which drawing tablet is good for starting, and doesnt need Upgrading for many years?

I have never drawn on any drawing Tablets other than Etchasketch. Thinking of exploring my long lost love for drawing but dont wanna make a mess with papers and Colors.

Hence i was looking into Wacom tablets but i donno how much is worth spending to learn, and just want it to be a one time investment.

Most Intuos series is good to begin with, at around 100$. Wacom One is also good on rebate.

If you don't mind going used the intous pro series is quite cheap nowadays and is still extremely good with all the features you could want (including being wireless as an option). New it depends on the budget.

The intous pro medium lineup starting from 2015 is 22cm*14cm or up. So 8.8 inches*5.5 or more. Better to get bigger than smaller as you can always refit it in software to have a smaller area work more of the screen.
