Help with value 4k max settings dolphin machine

1. Budget & Location

Hoping for it to not exceed much more than $100, but willing to have wiggle room if it’s worth it. Also very willing to pay less if I’m overspeccing. (US)

2. Aim

4k dolphin and decent emulation performance, and maybe some 60fps minecraft with shaders, but that is not that important.

3. Monitors

N/A

4. Peripherals

Will buy a windows key or something separately.

5. Why are you upgrading?

Don’t have a pc.

I’m trying to build an itx pc that can emulate at least gc and wii pretty well without destroying the bank for now. I am literate in the world of pc stuff, but definitely not fluent so I don’t know what the minimum I need is or if I chose a good value.

Planning on having something now, that I can later upgrade, so the case would be something I would want to be more permanent, while the parts I can change over time to my needs. Thanks for any help 🙂
