need help picking components

Wandero

I was aiming for an ASRock motherboard and gpu (specs included below) but ASRock is really expensive in my area compared to msi, gigabyte, and xfx, what should I get that's better? cheapest are xfx gpu (radeon rx 6600) and gigabyte motherboard (b660m ds3h)

specs of the parts I'm planning to buy:

cpu: intel core i5-12400F

gpu: radeon rx 6600

motherboard: gigabyte b660m ds3h

ram : 16gb g.skill trident Z RGB ram ddr4 3200MHz dual channel kit (maybe recommend another ram if its important)

storage: 500gb crucial mx500 SATA SSD 2.5"

case: fractal design focus mini G mATX

psu: corsair cx550f rgb 80 plus bronze fully modular atx psu

my budget is between 800-1000 dollars

I dont reccomend spending over 30$ on a case at this budget so i suggest finding a decent used case or a dirt cheap ~3$ scrap office case, depends on how powerful you want the gpu to be

Rgb ram is stupidly overpriced so didnt bother

I've actually changed the specs around, tell me if there's something I should change or add that I'm missing, and thanks!

gpu: rx 6600 (or xt if possible)

ram: teamgroup t-create expert overclocking 10L ddr4 16gb kit (2x8gb) 3200MHz CL16

storage: mp33 1tb NVMe M.2

motherboard: msi pro b660m A mATX

I love that case, very unique look.  I tire of the same 3x120 black towers on everyone's desks.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

Yea ryzen is the cheapest route, no point going intel when they both perform the same while amd has far cheaper boards and better igpu
