Any ideas to organize this stupid taskbar?

Can someone PLEASE recommend me a program on GitHub or the Windows Store that will allow me to customize and organize this better??

You can manually drag them to where/how you want them. Otherwise, I would recommend closing all the stuff you dont require to have open 24/7

you really need all of those apps running all the time? 

i would rather unsinstall the stuff you dont actually use and then disable startup of the things you dont need immediately.

Pin the few you regularly use to the system tray, hide the rest behind the "Show hidden icons" button.

Hmmm what I was thinking you have too much burden on your ethernet here it is the reason disable them all from starting window it will run on background and now you must be disabled all of your windows applications I don't want you disabled them but now necessary if you really then ethernet will run smoothly if you also run these programs.
