Hello and welcome to the forum.  

 

It all really depends on what you want to do with the machine (gaming, video editing, etc).

Please list some of the most demanding programs or games you use on it and we can take it from there.

My order would be:

 

1. New Gpu (and probably a new psu at the same time)

2. New Monitor, at least 120hz, pref. 1440p if gpu is good enough

(3. more storage: if you only have 252gb total, this might be 1.)

 

Depending on chosen gpu upgrade, it may be best to safe up and buy a monitor and gpu at the same time (e.g. if buying a 3070+, using that on a 60hz 1080p monitor seems kinda wasted)

Definitely the PSU. It's in tier E avoid. That's not good.
