What PSU is the best for 3060ti MSI gaming x it need a 8 pin with 6 pin pcie cable?

The best for me would be amazon and i have a b450-f gaming 2 ryzen 5 5600x Vengents pro 16gb 3060ti msi gaming x

And also, whats your budget/price limit?

 

Something like a Corsair RM650x would be a good option for your system, or something like a Seasonic Focus Plus 650 Gold.

Corsair and Seasonic are in general good and reputable, but all brands can f up, so check reviews for the exact model.

That PSU is a good option but does it have 8 pin and 6 pin because my GPU requires that but that PSU on have 8 pin

Yes. Most standard consumer PSU's sold today has the necessary plugs for whatever you need of standard parts. They have at least two 8-pins(6 pin+2 pin removable) PCIe cables. Usually they have a "dasy chain" splitter for the option to use just one cable for two power plugs on the gpu, but that is not recommended

Go for it which is cheaper. If they are at same price, RMx is a solid choice.
