That's your call, but why building a full new PC ? Imho you need

+8GB RAM

A bigger 500GB or 1TB SSD (NVme if possible), can sell your 240Gb but keep HDD for backups, medias ..

*and above all* a better GPU, depends on your budget but at least a 6600

You can keep the rest, they're good parts...

System : AMD R9 5900X / Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO/ 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 3600CL18 ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Eisbaer 280mm AIO (with 2xArctic P14 fans) / 2TB Crucial T500  NVme + 2TB WD SN850 NVme + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD drives/ Corsair RM850x PSU/  Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

unless it's an HP or Dell type OEM build?  You should be able to turn on XMP to get 3200 speeds from your RAM.

OTherwise, nothing in your system seems especially bad?  Keep running it!

Sorry forgot to add a 2x for the ram as I have 16gb dual channel, the reason for the upgrade is because I'm going to a fully new PC, 12th gen Intel, 3080ti, all round just top end pc.

I wanna upgrade as I just don't wanna touch my PC again for a few years as I'd be moving to 3080ti and 12th gen Intel, and I want to sell it when I build one but for a fair price so someone else can enjoy it without dropping a stupid amount of money.

I'd say it's worth around $500, a new one with samey specs costs $700

Go on the site where you want to sell the given components. Search every and each one of those components and add the prices up to a calculator (if you are selling the whole build together), and then you can lower the price a little bit if you want customers to kick in faster, that is how I do it every time I sell anything, it always works well for me. NOTE: do not look up prices of new parts, look up parts of used parts if yours are used obviously.
