Between Red and Blue have massive black line pixel

Anime4000

Subpixels are arranged in stripes of RGBRGBRGB... You can see that a B will be followed by an R, but an R always has a G before the next B. Since there's no green that column is off and thus black.

Understood,

I noticed pixel like this: Rgb rgB, where gb rg sub-pixel is off making huge black void...

This mean all LCD monitor will behave like this?

It's possible to have LCD display without black void like this?

There are displays with different subpixel patterns where this would be a bit less apparent due to the black dot being shifted from a line to another instead of being one solid column, but AFAIK all current monitors use stripes and there'll always be some void somewhere if a subpixel is off.

If you use higher resolution(ppi) monitors it'll be less/not noticeable since you can't actually see a column of pixels. But on most images there won't be large blocks of primary colors with zero of one of them anyway...
