Reusing m185xw01 lcd panel

ShadowBlade8192

I have an old emachines ez1601, power adapter has long since been thrown out and the optical drive is broken. So I thought I could reuse the lcd panel to make it into a functional monitor. Linus has made a video about this, but a bit of research has led me to believe that the controller boards are only for specific panel types. Can someone help me find a controller for this lcd panel (from a reliable seller)?

Do you consider 5700 feedback with 0 negative in the last month and 1 negative in the last 6 months reliable?

They say it's for your panel. Just message to confirm and if it's wrong, return it.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.
