Is there a question here, or...?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

-> Moved to Cooling

Missing some critical information. Like your CPU cooler which would be that Fan#1. Thats pretty low RPM if its pump connected. Or decent for stock cooler. Or high for D15.

As it happens I have the identical cooler on my 5600X. Sitting here browsing the forum it's at 1264 rpm.

If that's too noisy for you, then tweak the fan curve, so it's flat during idle/low PC use, & then ramp it up from that point, either gradually or aggressively for heavier use, depending on component temp behaviour.

The Arctic 34 eSports Duo has two BioniX P120 fans with a speed of 200-2100rpm.

All of Arctic's fans are very quiet and excellent value.

That's hardly a stock cooler. Stock means it comes with your CPU.

The fan curve might be tad aggressive. You could try and see if you can get it go slower from BIOS.
